Sooner, I thought you was an Okie? Like that song... We don't smoke marijaunia in Muscogie, we don't take out trips on LSD.... we don't wear our hair long and shaggy, like the hippies in San Fransisco do... we don't make public our loving...

I glad as hell I don't live in Muscogie, sounds like a place to be avioded at all times... you an Okie from Muscogie?

Who here thinks Dawg should be banned and then tared and feathered??????

We actually managed to get to 1 degree Celcius (33 F) here today. Why----it's practically a heat wave!!!!!

If I were an American, I would not be living anywhere where there was any chance of ever seeing snow. I hate the snow, the cold, the scraping windows, warming up your car, the endless grey days........Yep----it'd be either Hawaii or Southern Arizona for mwa!!

I live in Texas, have for 10 years, but was born and raised in Oklahoma, and still tell people I'm from there. I really love the state of Texas but am so fed up with the way native born Texans always act like everything begins and ends with Texas, that it's the greatest place that's ever been discovered in mankinds history. So, I always tell people I'm from Oklahoma, and act like a total prick during Red River Shootout Week.

I'm not from Muskogee, but I love that song! The only thing is though, that part were he says "We don't make a party outta lovin, We like holdin hands and pitchin woo" First off, I don't know how to pitch "woo" or even what it looks like, and it sounds like it might hurt. But I've got to make a party outta lovin. I mean, your getting laid for god's sake. That's reason enough to throw a party.

I've always liked that song too... yea, pitching woo? What the hell?

And as for Texans, you're right, I think Texas is a pretty great state, but that song "God Bless Texas", yes they can kiss my ass as far as I'm concerned... they take just a little too much pride in that stuff... so, for that reason, you'll be happy to know I hate all Texas teams.

When I was young the company I worked for was owned by Texans, most of them were pricks...Texas A&M dudes, thought their poo smelt like roses.... Any texas team can be playing anyone...sans, Notre Dame, who I never pull for... never. But anyway, I alwys want to see Texans sad about something, so when their horns or Aggies lose, I'm happy as a lark.

It was supposed to start raining here (near Glendale AZ) yesterday but it held off so everyone could enjoy the Superbowl and get home dry. The rain started late last night.

Today we just had a big thunderstorm go through that covered the ground with hail and little dime sized soft hail (not sure what to call them).

It's getting cold tonight - down in the 30s but will be in the 70's this weekend.

AZ is wonderful in the winter but I'm missing the green rolling hills of GA.

Yeah the Naggies are really prickish at times. I probably despise them worse that the Shorthorns.

Oh yes, dawg and I are discussing football teams and not individuals mostly.

All you Texans don't need to be hatin.

Arizona's nice all the time Minimine...

Sooner, you may be talking about teams, I'm talking about just about every damned Texan I've ever known... Now, I'm sure that I've just been unlucky, I'm sure all Texans aren't like this... but....Each state I've visited in this belived Union of ours has places that are beautiful, Texas is beautiful also... but Texans think that is the only show in town...I cry horse crap on that... California's coastline in the North, and Maine, and every state is wonderful-I trully see beauty oin each one.. not one;'s better than the other, I'd be happy living anywhere.

But Texas, and its not the state's fault, its those damned loud mouthed Texans... THat's why I don't want to live in Texas...sorry SOoner, I know you live there, but you have to know what I mean.

DAWG - man dude- you sure know how to rub it in guy ! We talked on the phone the other day ? After we talked it got colder here in the Northern Sierra mountains in California ! Try temperatures mid 20's to low 30's constantly. In 2 weeks time at 3, 200 ft. elevation we have had 2 to 3 feet of snow ! My wife's truck was stuck in shoulder deep frozen snow this morning - complements of the bonehead snowplow driver who blocked her in in her parking area just off the street ! So- she took my truck to her business appointments as I had parked it on the street unencumbered by any snow and left it in 4 wheel drive ! So, yeah, just another balmy day in paradise here ! Can't wait for spring - wifey and I both have cabin fever ! Peace out, Mr. Flipper
