That's "dramatized" lovebombing. The dude in the middle is Cameron Banta, he was at Patterson, then Brooklyn. At least 7 others in the picture are (or were) Bethelites. I wonder how many of them are out washing windows now?

I think it's interesting that the focus of attention is a tall white guy, and most of the other folks in the pictures are of other races and in ethnic dress. Isn't that just totally Victorian?
