I don't think so. Would they have all survived with rabid animals running around, nowhere for them to run away?

I don't think so. Noah would have chosen healthy animals because they needed to live on the ark for a year and rabies can kill much sooner than that.

Don't you know there is no such thing as rabies?
But the dog-rabies-vaccine imposition is the latest.... Rabies! When it has been shown conclusively that there is no such thing as rabies!

A rabies outbreak may have occured then the same way they occur today. Wildlife researchers have found an outbreak can occur when an animal, IE a raccon, becomes overpopulated because of plentiful food and water. They will then destroy thier habitat and begin to starve making the animal weak and vulnerable to disease.
