This is great news. BTW, what does "password protected" mean in this situation? Will it require a password to open the file? Or to print?

The password is a five digit number that is e-mailed to the e-mail address on your Paypal account. It allowy you to open the PDF. This is really useful for me as it means no one else can open the file should they come across it and it's titled something like coc.pdf so not too obvious.

Thanks so much for this heads up. I bought the e-book and I'm up to Malawi/Mexico . A great read though. I was tying myself in knots over where to hide a hard copy.

My hope is that people will not simply make duplicates of the book and hand it out to anyone.

Every author deserves to have the copyright respected.
