  Okay everybody, grab your barf bag because I just got a steaming shovel full of craptastic notes from Gerrit's Zone Visit to the Land Down Under !!

  Zone overseer was Losch and his side kick was a big black guy, quite a scolar, cant remember his name though.
  
  Anyway, here are my notes on the day in point form.
  
  1. Leaving babylon the great no longer fleeing from false to true religion, now it is fleeing from material things and possibly geographical.( used this as a reason to not waste time on education)
  
  2. The scripture on the generation now point to the annointed ( old news) however "all these things" now includes the 3 phases of the Great Trib.
  3. The three phases are a) Turn on BTG. b) Celestial phenomena( which turns into the sign on the son of man) c) Armageddon.
  
  4. King of the north Unknown...." we will know when they attack us".
  
  5. Everyone will see Jesus, unlike 1914, every living human will literally see Jesus ( possibly in a vision)
  
  6. Unknown if FDS will survive Armageddon.
  
  7. Matt 10:23 applies to our preaching work, every nation, NOT every person will be preached to ( parrelles with the circuit of Israel)
  
  8. Matt 24:14- Now totally fulfilled!!!
  
  9. United nations still 8th King

  11. The scripture in Zechariah 14:12 COULD be literal, to quote direct " Jehovah could use radiation"
  
  12. With the celestial phenomena, it is literal and may include Tsunami as the scripture on the roaring of the sea ( which use to mean the sea of mankind) could now be the literal sea.
  
  13. There will be groups of brothers after armaggedon assigned to clean up the bodies.
  
  14. The resurection would take place mre than likely over a 300 year period and in reverse.
  
  Man what a crazy day, you should have heard the oooohhhhs and aaaaahhhhhs in the crowd.
  
  He actually said " we dont know alot" but then speculated anyway and of coure being GB, everyone took it as gospel.

  Keep in mind this same guy soon after going to Brooklyn recommended during morming worship (circa 1994) that single male Bethel rommates pray together before bed.

  Hmm.... Let me get out my trusty calculator.

  There are approximately 6 million JW's, assuming half are men and 1/3 of those are able bodied men between he ages of 20-50 (those older and younger not being strong enough for grave digger duty), that leaves approximately 1 million men to clean up approximately 7 billion bodies. That is 7000 bodies for each man to bury. If they each buried one body a day for 7 days, it would take 20 years to bury all the bodies. I wonder if all the JW princes out there imagine themselves spending their first 20 years burying dead bodies? I'm guessing that most of those bodies are going to completely decompose before the graved digger details get to them. I especially feel sorry for the grave digger crew in China and India. How many witnesses in that country. Half a dozen, each? Population 1 billion +. Really, it's a logistics nightmare.

  Well, the society is at least as efficient at mass production as the Nazi's so perhaps they will institute some mass burials or just load em all into furnaces, assembly line style, like they did in Auschwitz and other extermination camps. Doesn't that just paint a picture of paradise that warms your hearts? Stil, if a body starts to rot and spread disease in a few days (especially in hot climates), even bullldozing 7000 bodies into mass graves within a week is bound to exhaust the most zealous witness brother whose most vigourous exertion over the last 20 years has been doing the pioneer shuffle for an hour before he hits the donut shop!

  The society is supposed to be full of accountant types nowadays. Surely, someone on the writing committee could have just passed this concept briefly by them and had them crunch the numbers for feasability?

  Besides, if memory serves me correctly, don't the scriptures say that the dead at Armageddon will be eaten by birds and not receive a proper burial.

  This blessed privilege will be assigned to microphone attendants who put in plenty of field service hours but who were tardy in briskly walking up and down the aisles on Sunday mornings.

  Losch? What is he doing in Australia? lol. oops I forgot he is one of the youngsters in the GB. First and last time I saw him took place in a DC down in Amarillo Tx... he had just been appointed

  either way, some of these points are not new... including the one that deals with not completing the 'circuit'.
