I just saw part of it on Good Morning America and if it's real both of the soldiers should be punished, the one who threw the pup and the one who witnessed and laughed about to. Sick puppies.

I won't look at the video as I cannot abide animal abuse----it just truly makes me sick to my stomach. Anyone who abuses animals should go to jail and get mental therapy. Sick bastards.
