Rutherford, cranky old master manipulator that he was, got one thing right: "Religion is a snare and a racket".
Steve2 -- If anyone should know about sects being a snare and racket, Rutherford should know! I'm not a believer, but I also don't believe ALL religions are a racket. Many of them provide services to the believers and the community. That doesn't make them God's spokesperson, but they are serving a need in an honest way.
Sects like this group, JWs and many others are indeed a racket that snare and entrap. They do more harm than good and wreck the lives of countless followers.
