Real cheese, for me. Blue, or extra old cheddar. 'Cheese food' doesn't cut it.

Velvetta and Cheese Whiz are great for nachos.
No other applications for them, however, other than a hundred year time capsule!

I found an excellent panini sammich at a restaurant called Le Peep in Colorado. Sour dough bread, fresh mayo and smoked turkey with tomato slices and gruyere, mmm-mm-mmm.
I pretty much like all cheeses, but I really enjoy a smelly cheddar from Watonga, Ok for nibbling. If I can't have that, special reserve from Tillamook is great.
