Mouthy we worked it all out when we sold the place but, I did get a nasty phone call or two from him about the "missing" furniture. lol

Thank CHRIST she at least had the decency to leave the key there, so I dont have to worry about her coming in anymore.
Never assume anything! She could have had another key cut, and leaving this one behind gives you a false sense of security. She might even be counting on that.
Always change your locks immediately when someone moves out of your home. Always change locks when you move into a new home.

I knew a woman that would vacuum her carpet before leaving the house. She said she could tell if anyone had been in there by the way the carpet pile was laying.
