I don't know if it was just my congregation, but the men that did the baptism's were always fat or really ugly....why didn't they have the good looking ones doing the baptism? Did they think the girls would enjoy being touched by a good looking man or that the homosexual boys would enjoy it also? Things to ponder...

The baptism dude with the crack is an elder "Doing" the dunking. The tee shirt is evidence enough of that. Sides wet due to him leaning sideways holding on the the one being baptized. Yes other elders should have seen that and corrected that right away.
