Beautiful day. I actually put shorts on. Thinking about painting my toe nails to get ready for sandals.

I am back on JWD after a short absence. I have had major highs and lows since I've been gone. The highs are all that are worth thinking about. Getting ready to start working on my road trip agian. Finally, after a signifigant darkness, I can actually see light.

I am surrounded by the love of my family, I have already had a dozen hugs from my granddaughters just this morning.

Life indeed is good today.

All the kids are healthy and have Jobs...

My fantastic Hubby is newly retired, House is paid off, and we are "NO" longer Master Card's B**ch...!!!!!

Today is a wonderful day, just being able to ad interac to website which gives more options.

Have 3 wonderful grown kids that really keep my spirits up. With the husband 24/7 cause we work together to but that's just OK with me!!!

And Spring is the best time of year its all about new beginnings.......

And my motto for this year is: Pull your big girl panties up and just deal with it!

It's gorgeous here too.....75° in the Midwest. Daffodils are blooming; birds partaking at my bird feeder; laundry is done; dinner's all figured out. It's a wonderful day!

the weather here is good - up to the 90s, summer around the corner. We're having a really good wild flower season (achoo!). I had a party Sunday, with some of my best friends, and it was good. Made lots of food, far too much, and it all was eaten. Champagne flowed (over the counter on to the floor), we killed a bottle of gin and a lot of iced tea, club soda, etc. I now have a really good recipe for chile verde. My cats are cute, my house is great, I'm planning a fun vacation for August.

wellllllll.... the streak of above freezing temps ended today, grey grey damp all day and icy..... however, such is life on the shores of the great lakes......today i KICKED some @ss in a course i am taking, cracked a code that helps me understand more of the metabolic processes of nutrition so i feel very satisfied!

overall.... just feeling d@mn good!
