Wow, very compact. What software did you use to optimize it? It would be nice to convert other bloated PDFs to be like this.
It would be nice to have the hand-written comments in though (you know, the extra special secret rules)

You could simply request a shepherding visit and ask the elders to bring their books with them.
When they come, just ask them to go through their books and find any handwritten notes.
Then just tell them that you would like to update your copy.
