I remember hearing the story YEARS ago... It hasn't changed a bit...
This is one of those stories that the Governing Body 'allege' they don't want circulated. I believe, however, that they INITIATE these stories. And their purpose in doing so? It's a manipulation technique. They can use this to say look how much some people suffer for the truth What are you brothers and sisters doing for the truth? Look how easy you have it! Show your appreication to Jevovah, go and sell more magazines, go to more meetings, give more contributions...

I pretty sure I've heard more or less the same story involving an Italian mafia family in New York.
In both cases I think it more likely that you'd have some witnesses mysteriously disappear before you'd have a father negotiating with his daughter.
