    Some things

have struck me kinda funny from the start of the book where it talked about 1914, the things that happened at that dat

Sounds interesting that any non jw would use 1914 with any significance.

Not only would good JWs avoid this book, but alot of fundy Christians are bothered by it too. I read it a month ago, thought it was interesting and also went out and bought The Power of Now.

People with "one way only" worldviews will feel threatened by this author and his books. I like the ideas he writes about, to me it is a way of describing much of the deeper Taoist/Bhuddist concepts in a way that is more accesible to the western mind. There are alot of videos on youtube showing him and oprah, and some are posted by freaky fundy's who claim that oprah has renounced Jesus.

I suppose that this will be a hot summer topic at the district assemblies. Why watching Oprah is an evil influence on those who want to

worship God. This may be just a good book read.

I personally don't understand why anyone would want to read it or get involved with the religion. It's just another cult. DON'T DRINK THE KOOL-AID!!!!
