I've learned to not worry about myself so much except for being a parent, student, family member and friend. I focus instead on having joy in life. Just loving life. Really living. I don't look in the mirror and frown. I smile at myself and check my teeth for spinach I'm so much happier not worrying about loving myself but improving myself through education. I'm just having fun living. That is more important to me.

I like myself most of the time. I have those days when I hate myself, and everyone else.

Yeah, most of the time... all depends on the hormones.....

    I have a like/hate relationship with me.

I am liking myself better lately. Trying to let me be me is hard sometimes. Accepting it another.

Today I realized that I laugh at somewhat sick humor....I'm still thinking about that. Do I like it, or do I hate it? I have issues to deal with every day. It is just my path I suppose.

I find that if I think more about others, I think less "about" myself. Try this, it might help you feel better about your self.

I like myself now more in the past 15yrs than I ever had being a jw. I have more compassion and I really care about how other people feel,

what they like, what they dislike. I am extremely open minded now to all things I never would have considered.

Granny grace - I've never met you and I love you - wish you could be my granny & so what about the 200 lbs???? That doesn't make who you are - I've had my own issues with weight so honestly that doesn't even feature when I meet someone - hopefully one day if I'm in the states you're on my ""to meet list"

I love myself - not in the vain sense, but that I've completely accepted who I am and I love who I am, what I stand for, where I've come from, where I'm going. Loving me makes it easier to feel the same about others. I have ups and downs about this or that but it doesn't rob me of my love.
