Mmmmmmmm..Manchego...Sliced thick, place in between a hunk of long italian or french style bread, lightly sautee 4 thin slices of proscuito , and place them along with the cheese, VOILA!!! the perfect european hoagie!!!

I LOVE cheese, it makes everything taste better!! I have so many great recipes for dishes focused on cheese...yum. We regularily have wine and cheese parties. Can't have a party without cheese.
I love warm brie with fig jam and I also loved 5 year old aged cheddar the best. Yum-o!
