I have already seen women used as literature servants, in the Central Congregation of Corpus Christi, Tx (although it was a few years ago, and I've no idea if they still do this).

Just think about what a microphone handler or a literature servant has to do,
Especially the mic handler. Wrapping that cord back up afterwards was a killer. I'm not sure that women have the makeup for it.
