I know at least 6 people who were always absolutely totally clinically depressed -ALWAYS. Since leaving the truth they are much improved. Me personally, I am lucky. Always had great health.

I'm emotionaly way more healthy that I was. I don't hate myself for not being perfect anymore. Mentaly I'm much better as well because I don't constantly beat myself up or hate myself anymore. I love myself now. Phyiscaly I'm pretty much the same I guess.
