My 9-year-old son looked at the digital clock the other day and pointed out that the digits 4, 5, and 6 have something in common not shared with the other digits.
Can you guess what it is? (I couldn't -- he had to tell me)

Ahhhh... to have the creativity of a nine-year old again. (Sigh)
I have no earthly idea.
Let's see if this image works, supposed to show all digital numbers:
I think I know:
Each of the numbers is made up of that number of lines.
1 = 2 lines
2 = 5 lines
3 = 5 lines
4 = 4 lines
5 = 5 lines
6 = 6 lines 7 = 3 lines
8 = 7 lines
9 = 6 lines
0 = 6 lines
And the prize goes to Metaspy! Well done!
Dave
I'm looking here, it has something to do with the lines?
So It may take a 9 year old to show me too!

Why am I always late?
If Zach noticed this on his own, I'll bet he's a pretty intelligent kid and can see patterns and correlations in lots of other things.
