I like Every Little Thing She Does by The Beatles. The Beatles did so many songs that I love. It's hard to choose one. But the song I mentioned makes me feel happy and connected to the little girl still inside me.
I also really like Under the Bridge by the Red Hot Chili Peppers. The addication that Anthony Kedis writes about. I think most of us have an addiction to something that plagues us.
Crimson and Clover by Tommy James and the Shondells is also a song that connects me to my childhood. I recall the first time I heard the song in my parents' 65 Cheverolet Caprice Philco Radio. "KMRC Morgan City, Louisiana 1430, on your dial."The three of us girls, all around 10 years old (on our way to our bowling league), knew the song was purely magical. I never tire of hearing it. It brings mod fashions, knee socks, bubblegum music, bowling on Saturday mornings, cute boys and springtime to mind.

those songs make me cry, they bring back so many happy and tender times, my hubby and I were pen pals before we actually met and the song "the letter" means a lot of us.
