With all the talk of puking on the site lately, I wonder if many of us don't have spiritual eating disorders...
After all, many posters say things like "I'm puking in my mouth" while reading a pro-JW poster.
Perhaps some have to really spiritually puke after attending a JW meeting to get the WT influence out.
So are you a spiritual bulimic? a spiritual anorexic?
Or do you just get that spiritual nausea when you see anything JW related?
I'm no doctor, but I think people need to cut down on their spiritual junk-food intake. Too many empty spiritual calories.

I think thats it for me, especially seeing how JW parents/siblings/family etc treat those that have left, that leaves me feeling sick, wondering where the "natural affection" is.
In keeping with the spirit of your metaphor, I would say that
I realized what I was eating was not the best for me in the long
run, and I switched diets. Some of the things from the former
diet carried over, but others make me nauseous now.

My monthly field service report was deathly thin.
all that milk and meat tends to make the system acidic, and therefore susceptible to infection, inflammation, fatigue and chronic health issues......

My MIL connected to the meeting via telephone the other day and put it on speaker phone....
It gave me the creeps... Uggghhhh.... I felt sick....
It's a well known fact that a steady diet of Dub grub leads to an altered state of mind that can be very dangerous.

Same for me, I just couldn't stomach the taste anymore.
