Undecided, see if you can get a prayer for judgement. Not sure if it applies in all states but in NC you are allowed to do this once and the ticket will be thrown out. So I was told by my mother. She did it once.

Don't lump Vancouver in with the rest of western Washington! Yuck. From Olympia south it's just yuck in my opinion. My mother-in-law lives in Castle Rock (that little town at the base of Mt St Helens), I'd much rather get stopped by a cop in Seattle than Castle Rock or Vancouver or anywhere in between.

Now if I go to a class at college on safe driving, I won't get any points on my insurance or driver's license.
Here in the UK most would prefer the points! They are compulsory re-tests which many fail!

Sorry you had a bad day Ken, but sounds like you've done pretty well
to have a clean license after so long, perhaps you could just look on it as a kind of refresher course and it wont feel quite so bad?
(and you get to save money too
was on the news last night that theyve just introduced the
education thing down here isp, can sit the lesson or take the points,
personally I'd rather have the lesson, my license is clean and I like it that way , a retest would freak me cos I get exam nerves with a vengeance.

Nerves can get the better of ya...I failed my first driving test! 2nd time round was better and I passed...but I wouldn't want to go for a retest!
