    JWs don't, but Paul did...

For whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap; he who is sowing with a view to his flesh will reap corruption from his flesh, but he who is sowing with a view to the spirit will reap everlasting life from the spirit. (Galatians 6:8)

    Compare:

Karma means "deed" or "act" and more broadly names the universal principle of cause and effect, action and reaction that governs all life. Karma is not fate, for humans act with free will creating their own destiny. According to the Vedas, if we sow goodness, we will reap goodness; if we sow evil, we will reap evil. Karma refers to the totality of our actions and their concomitant reactions in this and previous lives, all of which determines our future. The conquest of karma lies in intelligent action and dispassionate response. Source

Not in the real sense Karma is. Karma is that you receive back what you gave when you reeincarnate. If you sinned, if you did wrong to someone, you will pay when you reincarnate, or vice versa.

Remember these scriptures? "You reap what you sow". "Do not judge, because in the matter that you judge, you will be judged in return",? We can call that Karma, but the Hindus believe that Karma is what happens to you when you reincarnate.

I believe in two things which could be considered Karma....

"What goes around comes around" and bad things come in 3's. Both have proved true over and over in my life time.

Without calling it "Karma", I think JWs do believe in it, in principle:

Whatever a man is sowing, this he will also reap. ~ Galatians 6:7
Stop judging that you may not be judged; for with what judgment you are judging, you will be judged; and with the measure that you are measuring out, they will measure out to you. ~ Matthew 7:1, 2

It's true that those cultures who believe in reincarnation naturally extend the concept of "Karma" to include past and future lives. The total concept of "Karma" though, is not limited to reincarnation even by hindus. They also believe that your actions and intent affect your future in this present life. Cause and affect.

In effect, Christians, inlcuding JW's do believe in Karma they just do not acknowledge the word. "You reap what you sow" is often quoted by JW's and this is the perfect example of "karma". JW's and other Christians also believe in "karma" as it applies to the next life. Traditional Christians believe that the sum total of their actions in this earthly life affect their life after death, whether in heaven, hell, or purgatory. JW's believe their actions in this life "pre-Armageddon" affect whether they are destroyed forever or receive ever lasting life in perfection. Whether you call it heaven, paradise, or nirvanna, the concepts are really very similiar.

Of course, JW's never want to acknowledge that similiarity because then they wouldn't be special.

As an atheist, who doesn't believe in an after-life, I still acknowledge and respect the concept of "karma" and try to live my life in a way that I "reap" what is beneficial in the future due to making wise decisions today in all aspects of my life, in relationships, health, finances, etc. None of us can escape our "karma".
