I'm sure this question has been asked here before, but I was wondering if someone would care to enlighten us as to the undeniable "sign" or occurence that makes folks believe that they are of the Annointed class?
....Or am I asking too personal a question?
I've always been really curious as to what happens to these people to make them believe this beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Check with Rick Fearon (Koolaid man).. he claims anointed status.. not sure if he still does...
We had a CO in Okla City by the name of Dave Wetzler back in the late sixties who was "young annointed". (35 or so) He was actually a pretty good guy - a little stern, but overall kind of a good straight shooter. I asked him about it out in service, and he said that it was "a gradual process where he just prayed a lot over it while at Bethel".
It sure got him a circuit, and he was allowed to marry a Bethel girl IIRC.
Years later, I heard that he had left the Circuit work, was an ordinary job-holding witness elder, and was no longer partaking. Rumor was that after they had a child, he started being "drawn" more to the new system.
So you can "Un-Annoint" youself?

Actually, it would be funny if all of us would partake at the memorial...
The last memorial I went to, was my rotation to present the program.
I did not follow the outline. I just read the pertinent parts of each Gospel.
Then we passed the emblems - yes...I partook.
