In my 38 years as a JW i thought i'd heard them all. It was always right there. At an assembly the DO took a long breath through his nose and said" you can smell Armageddon" that was 12 years ago. After the new information we have been getting it so close.

I freaked out more over the "great tribulation" is at hand comments, talk about scare the living shyte outta a kid, I so knew I was going to be "tortured" by "God's" enemies. LOL It's good to be able to laugh about it now though!

it's so close you can smell it, eh? Well some odors can carry quite a distance. It's so close if you spit you'll hit an archangel in the eye. It's so close skip loaders are standing by to take away all the bodies of the damned. Armageddon's so close you can hear Jesus whispering final instructions to his team. It's so close you could get hit by the starting gun, if you don't duck. Armageddon's so close I'm getting brimstone burns on my toes. Whoa are those the birds of prey I see? I have heard people out in field circus talking about how Armageddon is so close that they could see through it. And they had already picked out the houses they wanted.
