And surely more of you folks deserve a gold star. Didn't one of you all figure out cold fusion on your coffee break today?

I had an elder come by on a psuedo-shepherding call the other day. He read a scripture and applied it to me, implying that I had a problem. I wasn't rude to him, but I looked him straight in the eye and told him he was interpreting the scriptures based on HIS opinion. It was like I threw cold water in his face!

well, I took a look at my posts and I seem to have killed a record number of threads tonight. If Simon weren't so selfish, I'd just keep posting all night and see if I could make it to 5000 posts. But no, he has that darn limit of 75 posts! I'm in that dead time when most of you folks are already in bed asleep or you are on the other side of the world getting up and going to work. I'm all alone here on the internet just humming to myself, doing a little waltz now and then and calling it exercise. The cats are giving me the evil eye, even they want to go to bed, but I'm not sleepy!

o just how close is armageddon anyway? So what does battlestar galactica mean, anyway. Do you like this Dr. Who or did you like the previous one better? What happened to Rose? I liked her. I like the new Time Lord, Jane, in tonight's episode. I wonder if she'll show up in future episodes. I suppose we can bet on it, eh?

Isn't Harrison Ford a little old to be chasing bad guys through the brush? What about Celtic Thunder? Are they still around or was that a one-shot wonder? I saw them on television tonight, but it was a show from a few years ago. One sexy guy, one bald guy, one blonde guy too young, and then a kid with a lovely voice. I enjoyed it - didn't see the whole thing.

regrets I've had a few, but then again, too few to mention. One JW regret I have is not being exposed to music. My friends know all sorts of singers and groups and kinds of music that are foreign to me. I really relate to music but I feel cheated - there's so much out there I'll never know about. Youtube is fabulous, you can look for one piece of music and spend hours wandering the ether listening to wonderful things. I feel like Lord Carnarvon when I explore youtube or was it Howard Carter who said "wonderful things" when asked what he saw in King Tut's tomb?

treat our hard labour out after, to dinner. Not a lot going on in small town no where. I'd like to see the new Indiana Jones movie Sunday.

Oh, I see you are in Canada! I have something interesting to do tomorrow - the museum across the street from my house is having a big fundraising dinner, cowboy-style barbecue, music and dancing, art and all kinds of things. Because they are closing the street, which means blocking off my house, they gave me a couple of tickets. So I am going to go hang out with Palm Springs's movers and shakers tomorrow night. I get to wear something besides jeans and a polo shirt.

I think this is a record for me - 24 posts in one day. I'm fading so good night all! More tomorrow. I hope everyone has a good weekend.
