  Hi Donkey,

  You're right - that is the main problem. Everything is democracy driven - demand driven, if that's a correct term. It's percieved that the demand is going to go way up so the price is going up like mad. The U.S. cannot produce enough, the world knows that, so it goes up. The oilpatch has to play catchup, and I don't know how long that will take. There is a lot of oil internationaly, but to actually get into those countries and invest is another thing. You never know when third-world governents will change the rules after investments have been made - which is, IMO, one of the biggest problems.

  The company I am employed with is in Algeria, the U.S., Cuba, Russia, and expanding to Saudi of all places. It's risky, though.

  Let me tell you something my friend I am an American truck driver that travels to Canada on a regular basis and my general impression is Canadians HATE Americans so I don't care why but don't hope to hard for our demsie because you will exit with us... It has gotten to the point where I turn off my CB radio so as not to hear the anti American rants from you compatriots but I will continue to travel to your fair country to ship your goods to the US so you can make a living...

  I am not Canada. I am a poster who happens to live in Canada - your insults about Canada means nothing to me. Why? Because ignorant people are everywhere, and we've all been ignorant at some time in our lives. Example: what some moron on a CB radio says means nothing about what Canadians truly think of the United States, just as what some poster named 'zero' on a JWD discussion forum means nothing about what I think all Americans are like.
