There isn't a single mention of "Organization" in the bible text, OT or NT.
As of the latest CD, there are 799 references to "God's Organization" in other WTS literature (mostly in the Watchtower)

Is that term blaphemy, or is it idolotry? "god's organization"??? I assume you mean Jehovah? Jehovah is one of many Hebrew gods created by the wizard priests. Jehovah is NOT your Creator. If you worship Jehovah, and hold this wicked deity in high regard, you are guilty of idolotry of the worst kind. You would be a devil worshipper. And to model yourself in his ways would make you a sob. Now that I have told you the truth of the matter, if you continue to worship jehovah, you are a blasphemer to your Creator.
