To start, Michael Jackson's Bad CD has the song Man in the Mirror. That is a great place to start.

Everclear has a couple of good songs--I Will Buy You a New Life off the So Much for the Afterglow CD is one of the better choices. After listening to that so many times, this person might begin to think that there is a new life aside that from the Washtowel.

Another CD I recommend is the KISS CD Revenge. It has the songs Paralyzed and Thou Shalt Not, which will (if listened to enough) will make one think. It isn't blatant enough to have him spit the CD out into the trash on first listening, but it will gradually do its job. And by the time he realizes what is going on, the damage is done.
