WT creates a new fund transfer from the congs

I got these links to a scanned WT letter dated march 1st 2008 to the elders -but it is in Spanish. In essence, Brooklyn now wants to keep all wold cong's contributions and payments in one account in order to be invested in whatever the WT is up to and increase interest returns, which by the way, the congs will not benefit from and should not inquire on its use.

The letter ~~bullshits~~ explains that the advantage is that the congs around the world now do not have to "worry" about managing their capital and having savings, investments and checking accounts. It all is simplyfied for "your" benefit by giving all money to Brooklyn to be managed. The congs should keep only what is neededd for 2 or 3 months maintenance.

It's funny that they want the money so that their can be an equalization for the brotherhood around the globe and yet that same money can make a fatter bank account earning greater returns. If you use your money to buy groceries for the kids you can't at the same time increase your investment portfolio, unless I am missing some inside info on the use of money.

Could this possibly be a way to take all the congs' money so it can be loaned back to them with interest when they need to remodel or need some other improvement to the property and possibly a way to control even further what money is spent on????? Sounds like a racket!
