Earlier this afternoon we got a call from the DA handling this case, and the second prelim was cancelled. We go to trial in January. More info will be forthcoming as I get it.

We were informed last week that they are finally going to trial. Nearly a year after the incident, this will finally start getting behind us. The trial starts Feb 24th.
