I wonder if the R&F will notice that this is the same cover as they had on November 22, 1998. The layout is EXACTLY the same but the words are different. In the '98 the words are "WILL THERE EVER BE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR ALL?" I have only skimmed that article but to me it looks like it was written to keep the UN happy. It seemed to praise them. I would love to see scanned images of this article.
If this is not real I am going to be upset. It is hard enough to get things straight without trying to figure out what posts are real and what are not. It gets confusing.
