  Look at the number of posts! 6657!

  I can assure you very few of those posts were short, pithy, truncated or otherwise carefully considered sententious sentences! :)

  I went back and took a look at the Topics I've started and the bloodshed and spittle spewed as a result!

  What a pompous windbag!

  What a know-it-all!

  What a jerk!

  Yet, I'm evolving as a result of my interactions with you lovely folks here. I have. I really have.

  My knuckles don't drag nearly as much now!

  In this four year interim I've seen em' come and I've seen em' go.

  The same subject headers appear, reappear and re-reappear like crimson cloud banks in Oahu.

  Mighty debators bustle in and tuck tail as they whimper out.

  Monster-brained intellects post million word essays that nobody reads while others muse over the minutia of life and get 400 post follow-ups.

  Some posters are so interesting and thoughtful I'll read anything they write.

  Others....well....It would take a beating to get me to read another sentence of theirs.......

  The common bond we all seem to have is this: we are like those survivors of the sinking of the Titanic who came through a momentus and torturous holocaust together to form a bond that has welded our souls together.

  We've gone our separate ways in life--but---only one of the "others" really and truly knows what it feels like to have been there.

  We come back to each other and rage, rage against the dying of the "light" only to reaffirm we'll not go gently back into that "good" night!
