    Titlei suppose you...
Messagedon't want to get any answers to your questions. you were just playing. just as fake as anyone else.
but i do have all the answers. and you know what? you just buy my book if you want the answers. because i can only tell the truth and you're not worth to hear it. you must pay me for it. but i'm not a liar. and yes, my husband was really that bad. and now I have to solve the debts. btw 7 tickets to America, i had to pay them all by my self, and had no money, that's why I had to borrow money from everyone. even for my husbands visa in The Netherlands. My ex-worldly boyfriend borrowed my husband the 403 euro for it!!! and I paid it all back, not my husband who ordered me to be by his side since I had to obey the bible and all. He didn't want to wait until he got what was necessary and told me to come to America on my passport. He left me in Holland for the kids who live with his ex wife in Erie, against the advice of the dutch elders. Now I shut up because you guys are not worth my honesty.
    Jackie.

    Q. Where were you going?
    A. To my husband.
    Q. What is your husband’s name?
    A. R. J. P.
    Q. How long have you been married?
    A. Umm, almost three years now, from the 28th of June 2004.
    Q. How did you meet James?
    A. Through the internet.
    Q. How long did you know him before you married?
    A. 4 months.
    Q. Where were you married?
    A. In Erie, Pennsylvania.
    Q. When was the last time you entered the U.S.?
    A. August 2005.
    Q. Our records show you last entered the U.S. on August 4, 2005, is this correct to the best of your knowledge?
    A. Yes.
    Q. When you entered the U.S. on that date was it your intention to remain in the U.S. and live with your husband?

    Q. So you told the officer on August 4. 2005 that you were coming to the U.S. for vacation?
    A. Yes.
    Q. Our records show that on August 19, 2005, just 15 days after you entered the U.S. your husband filed an I-130 with CIS, is this correct to the best of your knowledge?
    A. Probably.
    Q. Our records show that when you entered the U.S. on August 4, 2005 you were admitted under the Visa Waiver Program as a visitor for pleasure until November 2, 2005, is this correct to the best of your knowledge?
    A. Yes, ma’am.
    Q. Did you ever obtain permission from U.S. immigration to remain in The U.S. beyond November 2, 2005?
    A. No, ma’am.
    Q. Our records show that on August 24, 2006 you applied for an I-485, which is an application to adjust your status, is this correct to the best of your knowledge?
    A. I assume yes.
    Q. Why did you not file for the I-485 the same time your husband filed the I-130 back in 2005?
    A. Two reasons, because Immigration [and immigration Services, Erie] didn’t say or give us the information that I know now and 2nd was that we didn’t have the money yet.
    Q. You were given the I-485 the same time you received the I-130 correct?
    A. Yes. [in fact we printed a new I-485 out from the Internet since that was a more recent version]
    Q. Do you understand that you were already unlawfully in the U.S. by the time you filed for the I-485?
    A. I didn’t know at the time but I do understand it now.
    Q. What is your intention for coming to the U.S. today?
    A. Today to go on vacation.
    Q. Are you still married to R. P.?
    A. Yes, ma’am.
    Q. Are you still intending to come and live in the U.S. to be with your husband?
    A. If I’m allowed yes. [I was thinking of the far future]
    Q. So if you were permitted to enter the U.S. today, would you and your husband reapply for you to adjust your status so you could remain in the U.S. and live together?
    A. Yes, ma’am since I didn’t have the knowledge that I have now.[here I ment that I would NOT overstay again. I still didn’t get it that applying to adjust status, even when immigration was aware that I entered via this Visa Waiver Program, was wrong, no matter how long I stayed.] And if everything between my husband and I were go right on this vacation because I’m not sure anymore. [we grew apart].

    Q. How much money did you have with you today?
    A. $25 dollars. [all the money I already sent to my husband so he could rent a place to stay]
    Q. Do you have any credit cards?
    A. I have a debit card yes but no credit card.
    Q. Is your husband currently employed?
[hm, wondered why this was asked]
    A. Yes, ma’am.
    Q.What does he do?
    A. He works at McDonalds.
    Q. Do you understand you have been found inadmissible to the U.S. today because you overstayed your last entry into the U.S. and today you are unable to overcome intended immigrant status?
    A. Yes, ma’am.(In the mean time they were talking to eachother and I thought I overheard something about that only a vacation would be allowed this time if I´d not apply for a visa. I must have misunderstood. She ment that I was not allowed to enter at all, not even for vacation).
    Q. Do you understand because you violated the Visa Waiver Program on your last entry into the U.S. and you are found inadmissible today under this program, you are ineligible to ever use this program again?
    A. I understand.[Apparently I did not, I didn´t get it until I had to enter the plane. Just before I entered, I understood it was the plane to Amsterdam, not to Erie, where they brought me to...]
    Q. Do you understand that you will always need a valid U.S. visa to enter the U.S.?
    A. I understand.
Q Do you have any questions or is there anything you would like to add to this statement?
    A. No, nothing.
