Boy, does that ever sound like a huge waste of time going. It is telling me the exact, polar opposite of what I have learned in my "secret society". There, I learned that I do not need any guidance from any "higher cause". All I need is to do the thinking, be as fully integrated and honest as possible, and guide myself. Effectively, being my own God (making the decisions based on fully integrated knowledge and honesty is going to have better results).
They are wasting three days telling me the exact opposite. To them, every little decision I make needs to be approved and guided by some mystical Holy Spirit. Every single situation calls for this "holy" spirit to make the decision for me. If I get tired out, I need "holy" spirit to help me decide what to do. If I am alone, I need "holy" spirit to guide me into a moral course. And so on. This is a blatant waste of time for anyone going, except to confirm that it is a total waste of time.
Children should not be subject to this waste of time. They are better off playing, learning, or having fun. To make them sit still for three days under oppressive rules to be told that they "need" holy spirit to make every little decision amounts to child abuse. They should be outside building tree houses, in the playgrounds, at amusement parks, running around, and playing instead of sitting inside a colosseum listening to crap like that.
And guess what the decision the "holy" spirit is going to come up with every time? Sell out, quit your job or school, and pioneer. Be at all the boasting sessions, even if it kills you. Do not go to Starbucks (it takes time that you should be spending in field circus and money that should go into the Worldwide Pedophile Defense Fund). No sex. Do not get married--they need you at the Value Destroyer Training School. Masturbation is a whopper of a sin. And so on. And there is the release Young People Ask--Answers That Do Not Work for "guidance", along with the Keeping Yourselves In God's Tyranny.
Guess what? The Filthful and Disgraceful Slavebugger can take their "guidance" and shove it.

Actually, they are. There will be a leafleting campaign in the run up to 2009 convention, and you are to make out your checks to the Christian Congregation of JWs. And best of all, I have it recorded and will put it up so it does not go down the memory hole.
