  I would pay plenty to have a WTF plate!

  A few years ago, they gave me a plate that was DOA. I asked for a different plate, and they would not give me one. I had to wait til the following year, and pay extra for a different plate. I think that DOA should not have been used-I hated driving around with Dead On Arrival. I'm not ysually superstitious, but that did bother me.
