If they have proven themselves to lie in custody battles, and will refuse to testify against child moslesters, what would keep them from tampering with evidence?

SURPRISE! SURPRISE!, I WONDER IF THERE MIGHT BE SUCH A CASE INVOLVING A JW,LADY LEE, OUTLAW ET AL

There is wisdom in the saying: "If you don't learn from the past you are bound to repeat it." The WTS has shown that for decades -- going all the way back to Russell, the org has continually lied on the witness stand. They firmly believe they are right in doing so because their law is higher than the state law. Russell did it and got caught. Rutherford did it and got caught. This leopard doesn't change it s spots -- ever. And there have been enough cases in the courts in recent years that prove the WTS continmues to think it is above the law of the land. As far as cases go, I know there are some pending but have no knowledge of paerticular cases

Wouldn't it be tampering with evidence when they tell the members to report rapes/molestations to elders first instead of police? That seems like it could take days for them to get back to you or at least some hours before they come themselves to 'minister' to the victim. By that time the victim could have taken a shower/bath and washed away evidence. Along with telling the victim to 'forget' it/leave it to jah, and with their appearance of authority to a child they may comply willing or not leaving the perpetrator free to rape again. That could leave the child in a psychological dilema in their own mind causing more confusion and making them less believalble in court.
