I unfortunately had the great joy of watching someone snorting a line of wasabi - I wouldn't recommend that approach. Looked painful.

Wasabi mixed with soy sauce, and a big Kirin.

Reminds me of my best time at a sushi bar.

I love it .... use it on sushi, sashimi and nigiri all the time.

I usually make my own from the powder. I've tried the paste in a tube but the powdered form is easy to store and takes just a few seconds to mix.

For first timers, the taste of wasabi can be quite an education !!!

wasabi makes japanese food fun....like a spiritual experience. Mix it in the soy and dip sushi....oh yea...good times.

I like wasabi and cocktail sauce on oysters as well as tobasco and cocktail sauce.

Sushi or sashimi w/o wasabi is just raw fish.

I keep a tube in the kitchen, along with my soy sauce, I love sushi about once a week, always ask for extras when I'm out. Off to eat sushi this wednesday.
