It was a picture about those who would take a final stand against the New world Order like a camp outside of the true worshippers. So Satan would be let loose for a little period and then anyone who agrees with Satan ...ends up looking like Keith RIchards with earings and is deserving of death.

I remember it. Isn't it from the Revelation Climax book? I at least remember the image. As far as I recall, 'bad people' then will look like hippies wearing headbands/bandanas.

I looked in the "Revelation Climax" book. There is a pic on page 291, that may be what you are referring to.
It shows a very large group surrounding a group of "true worshippers".... they have thin bands around their heads, not like a bandanna tho... they look very healthy to me, and have sticks. Only one guy has really long hair.

THere is another pic like this one somewhere. But I think this is the strangest Pic I have ever seen from the WTS. Tons of former JWs surround a few JWs who pay no heed. OYE VAY!!!
