In lieu of a talk, I would relish the opportunity to use one night's ``special needs'' Service Meeting for an hour's worth of ``Ask the Elders,'' i.e. a free-ranging, no-holds-barred session with no set agenda, in which the congergation's elders would comprise a panel seated on the platform to field questions from the audience. I would love to be the moderator.

Since truth is by definition unassailable, one would think the participants have nothing to fear. Far more likely, such an even-handed venue would, I'm afraid, expose the WT's claim to being the world's lone possessor of ```The Truth'' as a sham, and that they're incapable of operating in an intellectual environment they can't rigidly control.
