If I would have had more time, I might have put a watermark on it with something like that, but then again, I did not want to offend the guy too much as he is basically just a WINO and only attends meetings to keep the peace. He worked for me for two years and was a good worker and a nice person. How he maintains the ministerial servant status still puzzles me. I guess there are so few men "reaching out" that even those who barely reach are needed.
