  I also want to mention that when you get your tat, be sure to think of your career and if you will need to hide it. Summer can be tourturous if you have to hide anything on your legs and arms. I want an arm band, but one that is high enough to hide under a short sleeved shirt. My tats are low enough on my legs that I can easily hide them under socks or Roman sandles in summer. I want a pair of those.

  They are high enough to show above my regular sandles, too.

  I spent a few years mulling tattoos over in my mind and months deciding whether to take the plunge.

  So glad I did! They feel just like jewelry to me.

  It's an ancient pagan symbol for the goddess or : maiden, mother, crone. Also a symbol for reincarnation or the trinity, depending on who uses it.

  For me it represents the stages of a woman's life and I think it's beautiful.

  I thought about it for almost 2 years before I got mine. Love it. It's a fair size, but on my left shoulder blade, so easily hidden or exposed, depending on the top I'm wearing.

  I have one. Its a little tatt on my chest - the chinese symbol for 'harmony'. I had it done last year to represent when I felt I had finally reached a feeling of inner harmony (having left the Borg and come out). It has meaning for me, so it is precious. I am thinking about getting another one on my back.

  If you want one, get one, but make sure its exactly what you want. Tatts with meaning are the best. xx
