Well, do people that are under surveillance even know they are? If some one is being watched by the state, they are probably involved with some shady business or something, not usually the type of people tha a JW would associate with in the first place.

OK, I'll repeat it: JW's don't even associate with non-state watched people, except for their own people unless they are "marked".
That is the only understanding I have. I don't want to take anymore guesses.
I don't think it's safe for anyone to have much to do with state watched people. You could get burned in the crossfire.

It has come to my attention that a jw has been (possibly)associating with some people supposedly under surveillance by state agencies.
clue;Look at my past 20-30 posts,you will notice various things mentioned.
Lawyers at london bethel are aware of something because i told them(even they and i, i don't think have an idea of the severiousness of what might be happening)
perhaps I shouldn't say anything that might get one into trouble.
