I would suggest y'all take yer shoes off, sit a spell, and take 48 hours to ask why you spend yer day on this board!
But for those of you who like it, there needs to be a place.
Several key people have been aware of that for some time. I guess I am a spokesman for them for now. Others are being recruited I understand.

I'm not starting a board, good God no. Learned my lesson on that one years ago! Got my ass beat. I don't wear crowns, and didn't believe in moderators. :-))
But it was fun, and H2O was actually loads more fun. With Kent, Stacy, Jan, Alan and all the rest of the live personas! It was heaven. This is purgatory. Maybe 2.0 is the answer to community now. We'll see.
I am not announcing another "Randy" project, and my ego is already overblown good enuf for the rest of my lifetime, thanky, and I don't believe ego is the direction we are going in the 21st century. I think the "Wild West" will become a thing of the past. Look at how many Asian societies already interact on a whole different electronic level than most of us.
We believe it is about deeper connection and intimacy as friends and, actually, as family. I personally also believe life and identity will actually be MORE protected in the days ahead, rather than less, and it will give us the freedom to tell others (some of us will have more freedom, alas not others) who we REALLY are down deep, and thereby receive a fuller interactive experience. Not a new idea. But, this situation with the closing of the board was unexpected, so please stay tuned. Many others have already started boards, check 'em out!
