    She is not on any medication as her back is alot better....she may be suffering from stress or mental problems that are surfacing....she TOTALLY refuses to listen to me and get any help so I spoke to her family and we will see how things progress....she still wants a divorce and will not negotiate with me....it's best she stays there for awhile.

    It sounds like she needs an in-treatment facility. She sounds schizophrenic. Get her treatment and you may save your marriage.

    Momz I do care about her alot as a friend and want her to get better but save my marriage.............what marriage? No to that.

    Since Australia requires a minimum separation of at least 12 months to obtain a divorce.....

    Make sure you establish your separation and understand what your legal responsibilities are as a spouse while separated.

    Also in the last 12 months I have convinced her that the Witnesses and religion is a "snare and a racket" this is a huge blow for her.

    Oh, that's too bad. Maybe her family will take charge and get her help.
