I did some research, and came up wih the following choices of hotels. Some are off-strip, and some are on the strip. I am including the page link that I accessed. This way you can see the prices and check the hotel info also.
Personally, I am partial to the New York, New York or the Tropicana hotel. The prices are reasonable and they are on-strip. Of course, airfare is up to each individual, so keep that in mind when considering your budget. Lets make this happen!!!

So far, we have basically kicked around the ideas of getting together for breakfast, or brunch, and having a really nice party, possibly on Saturday night. I have compact mobile DJ equipment which can be used for that purpose. I am not into gaming very much, altho I do plan on a bit of fun in a casino or two. No one has discussed talks of any kind, as I think this mainly a getting-to-know-you type of meeting.
It would be nice to have an accurate headcount so we could better coordinate things.
