Carly Fiorina - Former CEO of HP.

Condi - former NSA and current Sec of State

Sarah Palin - Governor of Alaska

Of course the most likely is:

    Mitt Romney.

I think that Mr Romney is the wrong choice if he wants to be president. I think it will be Palin. A woman is the right fit - Palin is not scandalous, and pretty safe. She would keep the media focused on the McCain campaign rather than his charismatic opponent from the left. Feminists may jump party ships to vote for a woman VP. Romney looks too presidential, not like VP material. We will know in a few hours.

PALIN!!! I have been rooting for her for months.

A flight has been tracked from Alaska to Ohio where McCain will announce. Rumor has it......

I think Condi likes being appreciated for her own qualities and would say
no to being chosen for her blackness and womanness. McCain already
acts like an expert on the world scene so he won't need her.

There's women from Texas or Virginia that would be a bigger draw than
a woman from Alaska. Although I like her.

Mitt is in a cult that is IMO worse than the JW's. I don't know what
America thinks of that. But it seems they don't think. He could be the guy.

I was going to sit this one out. But, Sarah Palin just might get me to vote.

Me too. If either Palin or Rice is tapped, I will vote on the pres ticket. Otherwise I will use my franchise for the other races and skip the presidential vote. Obama is too scary for me. And he was not smart enough to select a woman for VP in a country that is all primed for it. If he had, I might have jumped the fence and voted for him on the basis of being smart enough to make that choice and knowing it's impact. But he didn't. I fear that McCain won't either - we'll see. Palin is a beaut of a choice. She is tough and tenacious. She knows big oil but doesn't sleep with them [I hope]. She is lib enough, but not over the top. Conservative enough, but not afraid to have opinions. Ever see the names of her kids - this woman is creative too - Track, Trig, Bristol, Willow, and Piper. Jeff
