  I wouldn't worry at all about what will happen to any message board. The void will be filled. I believe that most people leaving the watchtower check out other websites and don't ever join these message boards.

  What makes the watchtower so awful is how they protect these pedophiles. They think it's okay to have them go door to door - entirely unacceptable, just as much as the CAtholic church that used to shuffle priests from parish to parish. It is impossible for the watchtower to know every pedophile, which I understand, but to actively protect them!

  They should be sued.

  If you first look at the pedophile situation in a social psychological way you can see a very dangerous environment present

  firstly the two witness rule that they use as a guideline in these matters, the ever present notion that I'm a good and righteous person cause I attend all of the KH meetings,

  and on top of that ministers/elders who most likely wont take the matter outside the hall afraid of bringing reproach to God's organization.

  So when you wrap up these variables together and you can see how a pedophile might feel at ease being one of the JWS, it makes for one dangerous environment for

  children to be in.

  So Reniaa tell us again how much better the JWS are when they are put up against other religions !

  In short living off designed social morals and values that were established 2000 years ago might be a dangerous and futile of an effort.

  Religion what is it good for absolutely nothing.......say it again !

  firstly you answer me one question what does any other faith have in place to counter pedophile members? note i say members not the clergy or staff,

  absolutely nothing! a pedophile can walk into any faith mormon, scientologist, cofE,catholic, unitarian etc and have no restrictions on them, even if they are known they can go in no one would stop them.

  I wasn't trying to defend witnesses I was just saying we are foolish to think their org is the only place they are look at this info.

  Someone should make a thread addressed to these people confronting them and letting them know that are all going to catch Jehovah's wrath due to reading apostate sites on the internet.
