I have the nose ring that twists out. I never get the kind with the bead on the end because my nose hole shrinks around it.

My ankle tattoo pain was comparable to taking a scalpel and cutting the design into my ankle.
That is the most painful area to have done, I'm told.
Fatty areas without bone are the least, I'm told.

Problem with metals? Me too! However, surgical steel is never a problem for me.
Belly rings may take a while to heal because of pants' waist rubbing against it.
I took mine out but will go back and get it redone when I can buy a lower riding pair of pants.
Loved my belly ring!
