My father had a picture of his dad and their two work horses, Topsy and Bell. He loved talking about those horses. I am sorry for the loss of your horse and companion.

sorry to hear about that hilly bill.........strange too.....I've just come out of a new weird cult called equestrianology......we had to sit cross legged under the guru horse for hours on end.....it was so bad in fact I ended up in horse-spittle for a couple of days......ended up leaving though.....it was full of doctrinal clip clops......ahem........ninja

Matter of fact that was the horse who stepped on me. He did that without forthought or malice.

He was probably stuck with those two legs broken for at least an hour... I'd checke him earlier and all was good.

I shot him in the head with 3 rounds of .357 magnum from a rifle. If there is some karma in that I think I will pass on karma.

We treated each other well in life... I hope I treated him well at his death.

yep hillbilly......killing your horse reminds me of the time my guinea pig nibbled my earlobe...(intentionally....grrrrr).......had to hit him three times in the head with dried peas from a sling-shot.......even after that he still managed to crawl slowly towards a lettuce leaf....I delivered the coup de grace with a large size new world translation......took half a dozen flushes to be rid of him.......sniff....I miss "killer" so much.......ninja....just trying to inject some humour...not meaning no harm hilly billy.....
